The Shores Resort and Spa offers a lovely setting for a corporate retreat with a mix of positives and areas for improvement. the expert team was attentive, ensuring our meeting details were flawlessly executed. the fast Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were convenient for remote work. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided relaxation after a long day. However, the spa's services like manicures and massages could use improvement. The business center was well-equipped for any work needs, and the express check-in/out made our stay efficient. the on-site restaurant and bar were convenient for quick meals between meetings. The lack of attention to cleanliness in some areas needs addressing. Despite this, the friendly staff and Scott, the front desk manager, provided excellent service. the pet-friendly policy is a bonus for those traveling with furry companions. In conclusion, the Shores has the potential to be a haven for business travelers with its great amenities and attentive staff. With some improvements, it could truly excel in catering to corporate needs.
